Job summary

The role emphasizes teamwork and consistent food safety practices. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related experience, with the ability to read recipes, follow instructions, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with current standards and guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow recipes for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and serving a range of foods.
• Taste products, estimate requirements, check production and keep records for planning.
• Significant walking or other mobility requirements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and move items as needed.
• Attend shifts on time and perform other duties as required.
