Base pay range

Type: 6-month contract, with potential for extension or full-time

We’re a mission-driven digital health platform focused on the cancer space, creating medically accurate and emotionally resonant content for patients and physicians.

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to support video and editorial production across logistics, planning, and day-to-day execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage production schedules, calendars, and timelines
• Coordinate field shoots, bookings, and travel logistics
• Send calendar invites, track deadlines, and manage team workflows
• Assist producers and editorial team with project planning
• Help with crew and vendor coordination, contracts, and invoices
• Maintain production docs and status trackers across multiple projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years experience in a coordinator, associate producer, or production manager role
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Skilled in Google Workspace, Excel, and production tools
• Experience with digital video workflows (pre through post)
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven team
