Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Bridal/Fashion Company is seeking an experienced production coordinator to work closely with Directors of Production and Product Development on various stages of the production.The ideal candidate must possess high attention to detail, be extremely organized, takes initiative, and able to work under pressure and urgency.

We expect that with 4+ years of experience in overseas apparel production, you will have expert knowledge of efficiently assisting the Production director in different aspects of production, including reading and utilizing BOM’s, fabric inventory management, actualizing cuts and vendor communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot daily issues

• Daily communication with overseas factories regarding open orders expected deadlines.

• Acting as a liaison between different departments to coordinate a resolution for problematic orders.(Ie. Sales, Fabric and Shipping)

• Generate and submit weekly cutting tickets to factories in assigned product lines

• Validating and monitoring factory’s WIP reports related to assigned Product Lines.

• Maintain and follow up on production progress report, including PO issue dates, samples approval, bulk fabric arrival date and ex-fty dates

• Track/chase and monitor photo sample & TOP sample status with vendors

• Cross check pending orders against bi-monthly factory shipment packing lists

• Support Production director on factory monthly fabric level reports / update in ERP system

• Ordering labels and tickets for production orders.

• Performing additional duties and assignments as requested by managers

Skills/Requirements Required:

- Must be extremely organized

- Ability to adapt and juggle changing priorities

- Associated or Bachelor’s degree apparel or related field

- Excellent oral and written skills

- Must prioritize well and focus on completion of assigned tasks

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, outlook

- Knowledge of fashion supply chain process
