SAMPLING & PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (EMBROIDERY FOCUSED)

Location: On-site NYC

Employment Type: FULL TIME

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team, specializing in luxury fashion with a strong emphasis on embroidery and intricate embellishment work. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and sampling process for high-end collections and collaborate with top-tier fashion houses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with design teams to develop and execute embroidery-focused samples that reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external vendors or clients.
3. Provide input on embellishment techniques, materials, and production feasibility.
4. Support design and sampling development from concept through execution.
5. Work alongside a Senior Production Coordinator who will manage the majority of production-related tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with luxury fashion brands known for detailed embroidery, such as Oscar de la Renta, Marchesa, or Vera Wang.
• Strong background in design and sampling; hands-on experience in developing highly detailed, couture-level pieces.
• Confident in a client-facing role and comfortable managing communication across teams.
• Open to candidates with a background in Accessories, provided they have meaningful experience or exposure to embroidery and embellishments.
