Job summary

RTX in Tucson, Arizona, seeks a Production Control Lead to join the Planning and Production Control Team supporting IMC facilities. On-site role, coordinating material flow, BOM status, and production schedules to meet customer requirements.

Requires 8+ years planning/production control experience, MRP/ERP proficiency, and ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a clear path to contributing to defense programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations or logistics.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and leading daily team operations.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead production control in Tucson at the airport site.
• Coordinate material requirements to meet production and customer timelines.
• Assess in-progress assemblies, material availability and potential shortages.
• Resolve production problems to ensure timely support of personnel and equipment.
• Manage Bills of Material in an MRP system and liaise with engineering and QA.
• Prepare work orders based on shop load and inventory needs.
• Coordinate material movement between warehouse, labs, and customers.
