Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Associate Director of Planning and Production Control to lead Production Control teams and drive MRP alignment with material availability and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and proven experience in planning, manufacturing, and supply chain, with the ability to interface with all management levels. Onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
Experience in planning, production control, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.
Ability to obtain interim secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start.

Responsibilities

Lead AZ Subsystems Product Center Production Control teams, including Demand planning, Supply planning, and depot programs.
Align material availability, production schedule, and requirements in MRP.
Provide leadership and guidance to a multi-skilled team.
Set strategic vision, direction and plan to execute on short to medium term program and functional strategies.
Manage and control financial expectations including pools and overhead budgets.
Own and develop goals to drive Material Availability, MRP Performance and On Time Delivery.
