RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Materials Planning, SIOP for an on-site role in Tucson, AZ. You will manage Bills of Materials, advance age-dated material management, and align with factory teams to drive action plans.

The role requires 5+ years in planning or related fields and experience with MRP/ERP systems, with the ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance. Strong communication with suppliers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, production control or supply chain.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret security clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop Bills of Material for assemblies in multiple production factories.
• Advanced knowledge in age-dated material management.
• Support analysis of material consumption and production transitions.
• Develop and implement new processes or standards affecting functional results.
• Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
• Coordinate interdependent activities with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Program, Quality and Engineering.
• Participate in CORE projects to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve supply problems.
