Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Lead Material Program Manager to lead a 6-8 person team across development and production contracts. You will interface with Supply Chain, IPT, and Program Office to drive material management and execution, with a focus on earned value, forecasts, and supplier performance.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong program management experience, and the ability to work onsite in Tucson.

Qualifications

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with advanced degrees preferred.
Experience in supplier, project, and/or program management in complex environments.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team providing program management and supply chain leadership.
Manage earned value, supplier material management, and forecasting.
Ensure cost and schedule requirements are met and monitor program health metrics.
Support MRP alignment and production planning to meet Operations goals.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies and plans for development and production contracts.
Interface with IPT and other functions to drive program success.
Oversee EACs, AOP, and related program metrics across contracts.
