Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) seeks a Depot Production Control Lead to drive material flow and production scheduling in Tucson. You will lead a depot team on-site, coordinating material availability and shop load to meet production and customer requirements.

You will manage BOM accuracy in the MRP system, collaborate with quality, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. On-site in Tucson, with security clearance prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, or other production driven experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead depot production control in Tucson at the airport site.
• Coordinate material requirements to meet production/customer needs.
• Status assemblies, material availability, and potential shortages or delays.
• Resolve production problems to ensure materials and services are available as needed.
• Manage Bills of Material in an MRP system and coordinate with QA, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering.
• Interface with internal customers and participate in continuous improvement projects.
