Responsibilities

• Lead AZ Subsystems Product Center Production Control teams, including Demand and Supply planning.
• Provide guidance to a multi-skilled team and set strategic vision.
• Plan and execute on short- to mid-term program strategies and initiatives.
• Manage financial expectations, budgets, pools, and overheads.
• Own and drive improvements in Material Availability, MRP performance and OTD.
• Develop workforce plans to support organizational goals.
