Qualifications

• 5+ years in builder sales, cabinet design, or project management within residential construction.
• Proven sales and closing abilities in fast-paced builder environments.
• Strong communication and relationship skills with builder executives, purchasing, and design centers.
• Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Word, and CAD tools for pipelines and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with production builder customers.
• Grow market share by positioning Bellmont as the preferred cabinetry partner.
• Own performance and success of the production builder territory.
• Navigate sales cycles, including program development, onboarding, and long-term account management.

• Develop new production builder customers through proactive outreach, site visits, and targeted prospecting.
