Bellmont Cabinet is seeking an Outside Production Builder Sales Representative to drive growth with production builder accounts in the Scottsdale region. You will build relationships with purchasing teams, construction managers, and design centers while owning territory performance.

Candidates should have 5+ years in builder sales or related fields, strong CRM/Excel skills, and travel readiness. You will visit job-sites, conduct model home meetings, and develop long-term builder programs for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of builder sales, cabinet design, or project management in residential construction.
• Proven sales and closing abilities with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with builder executives, designers, and internal teams.
• Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and CAD tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly to job sites and builder offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with production builder customers and teams.
• Retain and grow market share within assigned accounts for Bellmont cabinets.
• Own performance of the production builder territory and drive sales goals.
• Present Bellmont products at model homes, job-sites, and community events.
• Manage pipelines, reporting, and communications using Salesforce and Office tools.
