Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 2 in North Carolina to assemble windows and doors, safely meeting quality standards and delivering products on time. You will support workflow, maintain clean/ organized work areas, and help train teammates in standard procedures.

Compliance with safety policies, the ability to interpret measurements, and the flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic word/number cues.
• Operate power tools safely with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble products.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices.
• Work to defined rate per customer demand.
• Assist with training co-workers and cross-training.
