Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate II-Material Handler for the 2nd shift in North Carolina. The role involves assembling windows/doors, moving materials, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position is full-time, permanent, with a 3pm-11pm schedule and a $17/hr base pay plus a $1 shift differential. Union programs may apply, and full benefits start day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and ability to read basic measurements.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus.
• Ability to work on 2nd shift and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble products on the line.
• Maintain flow of material and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow standard work and safety procedures.
• Read schedules and adhere to cycle times.
• Train Operators and participate in continuous improvement.
