Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to build and assemble premium windows in a clean, climate-controlled plant. There is hands-on training available, and relocation is encouraged. The role emphasizes safety, growth, and a path to a long-term career within a family-owned company.

Shifts include day and evening options with overtime. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with progression to $21.50 for evening shifts, and a built-in raise after six months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment per instructions.
• Follow computer-guided instructions to gather parts and maintain production flow.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material issues quickly.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to increase variety and earning potential.
