Qualifications

• No experience? hands-on training and support will help you succeed.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are valued.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products, drilling, measuring and cutting as needed.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to your workday and increase earnings.
