Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in a climate-controlled facility where safety is the top priority. You will be trained across all aspects of your role, building windows with tools and automated equipment, while moving throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, e.g., drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read and interpret visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and earning more money.
