Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to help build and assemble premium windows and doors in a clean, climate-controlled facility in Minnesota. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools and automated equipment (drilling, measuring, cutting, etc.)
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving
• Partner with supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to workday and increase earning potential
