Job summary

Marvin is seeking a production associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety is the top priority. You’ll be trained in every aspect of the role and set up for success from the beginning as you build windows throughout the day.

You’ll communicate clearly in English, collaborate with a supportive team, and participate in cross-training across departments. The role offers shifts with mandatory overtime and hourly pay that starts at $18.50–$22.50, plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
