Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in a climate-controlled facility. You will be trained across all aspects of the role, from assembling windows to troubleshooting with supervision, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, or sawing.
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and increase earning potential.
