Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to read a tape measure and fractions/decimals.
• Able to interpret basic instructions and read word/number cues.
• Operate power tools with PPE and safety practices.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.
• Follow standard work instructions and quality requirements.
• Communicate issues and work with others to resolve.
• Be dependable and able to work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support Employee Engagement activities and clean-up times.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow policies.
• Work to defined rate per customer demand and operations.
• Participate in improving standard work for quality windows for customers.
• Identify problems and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Assist with training of co-workers and cross-training across departments.
• Support a respectful workplace and perform other duties as directed.
