Job summary

Midland Garage Door is hiring Production Associates in North Dakota to build high quality garage door panels per customer order. No prior garage door industry experience required—we provide full on-the-job training.

Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but we're most interested in candidates with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.

Production Associate

Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Starting Wage: $22+/HR DOE

Evening Shift: 4:00pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday Starting Wage: $24+/HR DOE

Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

We are looking for Production Associates to join our team.

Summary:

The primary function of this position is to produce high quality garage door panels per customer order. No prior garage door industry experience required - we provide full on-the-job training. Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but we're most interested in candidates with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.

Essential Duties:

1. Operate hand/power tools.
2. Learn and apply product specifications across a variety of manufactured product types.
3. Read and interpret production charts, specifications, and work orders.
4. Safely start-up, operate and shut-down production machinery and equipment.
5. Safely lift, carry and handle raw materials and finished product, up to 75 lbs.
6. Transport and stage finished products to designated locations.

Marginal Duties:

1. Assist in Production and Shipping areas as requested.
2. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
