Job summary

Midland Garage Door is seeking a Production Associate to manufacture high quality garage door panels per customer orders. This role involves running hand and power tools, reading height charts, and ensuring accurate assembly on daily shifts.

The position requires safe operation of equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Evening and day shifts are available with starting wages contingent on experience.

Qualifications

Production Associate

• Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday, Starting Wage: $22+/HR DOE
• Evening Shift: 4:00pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday, Starting Wage: $24+/HR DOE

Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

Summary

The primary function of this position is to produce high quality garage door panels per customer order.

Essential Duties

1. Operate hand/power tools.
2. Knowledge of all models of doors.
3. Understand Section Height Charts.
4. Properly start-up, run and shut-down machines within the department.
5. Properly lift skins and completed sections.
6. Move completed orders to the correct locations.

Marginal Duties

1. Assist in Production and Shipping areas as requested.
2. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
