Kelly is seeking a Production Associate in Fowlerville, MI to operate assembly machinery, set up production lines, and contribute to a well-established facility with a strong reputation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able and willing to work any assigned shift, including overtime.
• Able to stand for up to 7 hours per shift, walk 300+ feet, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly machinery and assemble components into machined valve bodies.
• Set up, operate, or tend production machinery as needed.
• Perform visual inspections and document quality results.
• Use hand gauges, micrometers, and blueprints to assure product quality.
• Move and control materials, supplies, and finished goods within the facility.
• Pack parts, operate pallet trucks, and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all safety requirements and wear PPE.

Pay Rate $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, $17.75/hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, $18.00/hour

What’s a typical day as Production Associate? You’ll be:

• Operating assembly machinery and assembling components into machined valve bodies
• Setting up, operating, or tending production machinery as needed
• Performing visual inspections, identifying potential quality concerns, and documenting results
• Using hand gauges, micrometers, and blueprints to ensure product quality
• Performing lot control, tagging, and maintaining appropriate records
• Moving and controlling materials, supplies, and finished goods within the facility
• Packing parts, operating pallet trucks, and maintaining a clean work area
• Following all safety requirements and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
