Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Loading catalyst substrates onto coating machines.
• Cleaning coaters, dryers, and other production equipment to maintain workplace standards.
• Operating equipment and machinery in compliance with safety protocols.
• Performing housekeeping duties in work areas.
• Packing substrates into boxes and screening parts for quality issues.
• Following work instructions and procedures for chemical operations.
• Adding specified amounts of raw materials to vessels or blending tanks.
• Setting controls and monitoring equipment for proper operation.
• Weighing and mixing chemical ingredients per formula sheets.
• Adjusting controls and valves to maintain specified process conditions.
• Observing gauges, instruments, and chemical reactions, making operating adjustments as needed.
• Attaching hoses and pumps to transfer materials as part of production.

Pay Rate: $17–$19 per hour

Shift: 1st 5:50AM-6PM & 2nd 5:50PM-6AM

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:
