Job summary

Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for Finishing/Bindery on the 2nd shift (2:30PM–11PM). We’ll train you to operate high‑speed bindery equipment and produce books, catalogs and printed materials in a hands‑on factory setting.

You will feed, pack, and move materials, perform hand operations, and work with a team to hit daily production goals while inspecting products for quality. A High School diploma or GED is required; safety and reliability are essential.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

Physical & Work Environment:

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

• Walking: Must be able to walk with ease, as some operations require constant walking.
• Standing: Must be able to stand (almost all jobs operations require long hours) on a concrete floor, or wooden platform.
• Lifting: Must be able to lift various materials weighing up to 50 pounds continuously.
• Twisting: Must be able to twist/rotate at the waist, up to 90 degrees, when loading or packing.
