Job summary

SKIMS in Center, Nebraska, is seeking an Assistant Store Leader - Product to partner with the Store Leader in delivering elevated merchandising and engaging customer experiences. You will own visual merchandising execution, optimize product flow, and lead day-to-day floor leadership to drive sales and brand standards.

In this role you will coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and campaigns while adapting quickly to trends and business needs. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership role with a strong focus on visual merchandising, styling, or customer experience
• Proven track record of driving sales through merchandising decisions and visual floor leadership
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach the team

Responsibilities

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution to elevate displays
• Lead floor leadership and support layout, storytelling, and customer experience
• Use store reporting to drive results and optimize product flow and placement
• Maintain floor standards, replenishment, and product strategy alignment
• Coach team members on visual best practices and product knowledge
• Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation to share feedback on assortment
