Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Product to partner with the Store Leader in delivering exceptional merchandising, customer experiences, and store operations. You will own visual merchandising execution, floor layout, and product flow, while coaching a team of associates to tell the product story with confidence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership role focusing on visual merchandising or customer experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales through merchandising decisions and floor leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach teams.
• Ability to stand, move and lift up to 40 pounds during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution in alignment with brand and business goals.
• Lead floor layout, product storytelling, and on-floor merchandising to drive sales.
• Use store data to identify top and underperformers and adjust product flow accordingly.
• Ensure the floor is clean, organized, and visually shoppable with proper signage and zoning.
• Train and coach team members on visual standards, product knowledge, and launches.
• Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation teams to share feedback on assortment and tools.
