Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Product at Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, IL. You will partner with the Store Leader to elevate merchandising, product storytelling, and customer experiences on the sales floor.

You’ll lead visual merchandising execution, optimize product flow, coach Team Members, and drive KPIs like conversion and guest satisfaction while delivering brand-aligned service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong visual merchandising skills to create impactful store displays.
• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales through merch decisions.
• Ability to coach and develop team members on visual best practices and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution with the Store Leader.
• Lead floor layout, product storytelling, and shopper-centric experiences.
• Use sales data to optimize product flow and increase sell-through.
• Ensure floor zones support customer experience and accurate replenishment.
• Lead training on visual standards, styling, and campaigns.
• Develop product experts who can speak to fit, function, and fabric.
