Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Product to elevate merchandising and guest experiences in our Chicago store. You will lead visual merchandising execution, product flow, and day-to-day floor leadership to drive sales and brand storytelling.

You will partner with the Store Leader to plan launches, train teams on product knowledge, and maintain store standards while keeping customers at the center of every decision.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years retail leadership with focus on visual merchandising.
• Proven track record driving sales through merchandising decisions.
• Strong visual merchandising skills for impactful store displays.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Effective leadership and communication to coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution in partnership with the Store Leader and ensure all product displays are elevated, cohesive, and aligned with brand goals.
• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset by supporting floor layout and product storytelling.
• Use product and store reporting to drive results and adjust product flow to increase sell-through.
• Ensure the floor is zoned for a standout customer experience and maintain size integrity and replenishment.
• React quickly to trends and empower the team to re-merchandise in the moment.
• Maintain store standards of operational excellence on the floor.
• Support product moves, visual updates, and floor sets including signage and windows.
• Lead and train Team Members on visual best practices, styling, and product knowledge.
• Be the product expert and develop a team of storytellers who discuss fit, function, and fabric.
