Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks a Managing Director, Lead for Product Transformation to drive enterprise-wide adoption of a product-centric operating model. You will establish vision, governance, decision rights, and performance metrics to scale product delivery across business and technology.

You will partner with senior leaders, build a team of transformation experts, and integrate AI-enabled product delivery while ensuring measurable outcomes, speed, quality, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation.
• Experience with product operating models, governance, and accountability.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in asset management or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Product Transformation aligned with priorities.
• Establish and execute adoption and scaling roadmap for product model.
• Design and mature the product operating model framework.
• Create governance forums and transparent prioritization mechanisms.
• Define objectives, dashboards, and feedback loops to measure outcomes.
• Lead large-scale organizational change and build a high-performing team.
• Integrate AI-enabled product delivery with leadership across functions.
• Present transformation progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
