Job summary

State Street seeks a visionary product leader to drive enterprise-scale solutions in financial services. You will own front-to-back product strategy across Front, Middle, and Back Office capabilities, embedding AI-driven innovation and agile delivery to accelerate time-to-market and improve client outcomes.

You will lead market research, PDLC implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to define requirements and roadmaps while managing stakeholders and delivering impactful

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the Middle Office for large financial service firms.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex financial products.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to Influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of client-centric, front-to-back product solutions that operate across Front Office and Middle/Back Office.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Implement a disciplined, modern PDLC framework from ideation to launch.
• Generate innovative product ideas addressing market opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, features, and UX.
• Embed AI and analytics to enhance automation, decisioning, and client experience.
• Lead adoption of agile ways of working with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and test prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders.
• Create and manage a product roadmap and launch timeline.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements.
• Build relationships with clients, sales, and tech partners.
• Work with implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment.
