• Define and Drive the Transformation Strategy across Investment Services.
• Partner with senior leaders to maintain a multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Align technology, data, operations, product, risk and finance for coordinated execution.
• Advise leadership on operating model evolution and organizational effectiveness.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk escalation and benefits realization processes.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to convey priorities and progress.
