Job summary

Horizontal Talent seeks a strategic Director of AI Product Transformation to lead a portfolio of AI-enabled products for an enterprise program. You will define the strategy, govern executive reviews, and drive measurable business impact across products and teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, AI/ML teams, and business units to deliver capabilities, manage adoption, and realize value through experiments and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership responsibility for an AI-enabled or data-driven product portfolio.
• Experience owning growth, adoption, retention, or revenue-related metrics for digital or AI products.
• Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and answering detailed questions with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of AI-enabled products, prioritizing opportunities based on business impact and market potential.
• Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to turn strategy into delivered capabilities while owning outcomes.
• Lead executive governance cadences with senior stakeholders and performance reviews.
• Build reporting materials for leadership to monitor program health, progress, and value.
• Drive product-led growth initiatives focused on activation, adoption, and expansion.
