BNY is seeking a Director, Applied AI Product Manager in New York, NY to lead AI-driven business transformation across enterprise processes. The role blends product strategy, AI execution, and governance to deliver scalable, responsible AI at scale.

You will oversee a cross-disciplinary team across product, engineering, data science, and risk to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, risk reduction, and client experiences in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, or related discipline.
• ~10+ years of progressive experience in Applied AI product management, program leadership, or AI-driven platform delivery.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM-powered systems; agentic architectures and orchestration frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI initiatives and key business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale AI-driven automation platforms.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, and reliability in production AI systems.
• Influence executives and drive enterprise adoption of AI solutions across the bank.
