Job summary

BNY is seeking a Director, POM Product Management to lead the Enterprise Transformation team's product strategy. The role offers oversight of AI-driven initiatives, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders in New York, Pittsburgh, or Lake Mary.

You will guide the product management team, define the roadmap, and oversee budgeting and resource allocation to drive delivery and user experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 10-12+ years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
• Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred.
• A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams, and/or working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders and product development teams.
• People leadership experience managing and leading a product management team.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall product strategy for the organization.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance product strategy, delivery, and user experience.
• Use subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure product strategy alignment with company goals.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.
