Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience delivering complex product programs.
• Proven ability to drive AI-enabled product initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong governance, risk, and regulatory alignment for financial services.
• Experience establishing or leading a Center of Excellence in product management.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
• Leads the product lifecycle from planning through delivery and future development with ongoing optimization
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, enabling effective objective delivery
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve business objectives
• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies differentiation opportunities
• Own the PM best practices for the organization and lead the Product Management Center of Excellence
• Elevate product management as a discipline, drive coaching, career development, and communities of practice
• Operationalize AI across the lifecycle with governance, instruction management, and cost controls
• Partner with product management community and broader tech organization to drive adoption
• Embed business, risk, and regulatory alignment into practices with accountability and controls
• Lead the team and measure adoption and maturity, ensuring practices deliver value
