Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager, Assistant Vice President, to bridge business functions and AI engineering teams, translating workflows, pain points, and opportunities into scalable AI product capabilities.

You will partner with stakeholders, data scientists, and financial engineers to deliver AI-enabled products across investment management, client, finance, and operations, driving measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field with asset management experience.
• 10+ years in asset management; 7+ years in product management; 5+ years AI engineering.
• Experience leading multi-agent workflows and human-on-the-loop patterns.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL; familiarity with modern AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points; translate into AI product lines.
• Lead AI product implementation using Agile methods; drive roadmap and release cycles.
• Review AI engineering, data science, and financial engineering deliverables with actionable feedback.
• Demonstrate capabilities and communicate milestones; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore AI teams to ensure clear communication and delivery.
• Stay informed on competitor and fintech AI offerings to evolve the product portfolio.
