Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Product Training Manager for Essential Dentistry. The role plans and delivers product, technical, and workflow training to empower field and virtual sales teams to demonstrate value and drive adoption.

You will partner with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align training with launches, manage Showpad resources, and lead hands-on sessions, coaching, and reinforcement across virtual, classroom, and in-field formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product training, clinical education, or sales enablement.
• Dental/medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver training virtually, in classroom, and in-field.

Responsabilités

• Deliver product and technical training in virtual, classroom, and in-field formats.
• Onboard new hires and ensure baseline product knowledge and demo proficiency.
• Conduct in-field training and coaching to reinforce learning and assess skill application.
• Coordinate training with Vertical Training Lead and align with launches.
• Maintain training resources in Showpad and track effectiveness.
