Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Product Training Manager, Endodontics, to deploy and deliver product and technical training for field and virtual teams. You will partner with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align training with launches and performance needs.

As an experienced trainer, you will enable onboarding, conduct field observation, and drive readiness through hands-on demos, coaching, and reinforcement. Expect substantial travel to support customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in product training, clinical education, sales enablement, or related commercial role; dental/medical device experience preferred.
• Experience delivering product training in virtual, classroom, and field environments, including hands-on demonstrations and reinforcement/coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to assess learning effectiveness and deliver interventions that improve readiness and performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical training in virtual, in-person, and blended formats, including hands-on sessions and demos.
• Support new hire onboarding to build baseline knowledge and demo proficiency within expected timeframes.
• Conduct in-field training and co-travel observations to reinforce learning and provide real-time coaching.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer and Field Training Ambassador enablement with aligned expectations and coaching guides.
• Deploy training across virtual, academy/classroom, and in-field formats with integrated workflows and end-to-end use cases.
• Drive seller readiness through competency-based training so teams can articulate value propositions and perform demonstrations.
• Reinforce learning with practice, role plays, demo drills, and in-field coaching to accelerate application.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and clinical teams to reflect updates in training materials and messaging.
• Ensure portfolio learner resources are current and easily accessible in Showpad or the training library.
• Travel up to 50-75% for classroom/academy training and in-field support.
