Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Product Training Manager, Orthodontics, to deploy and deliver product and technical training for field and virtual teams. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align training with launches and field needs, facilitating virtual, classroom, and in-field sessions.

The role emphasizes onboarding new hires, ongoing coaching, and continuous improvement across training programs, with 50-75% travel to support diverse portfolios and customer scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product training, clinical education, sales enablement, or related commercial roles.
• Experience delivering product training in virtual, classroom, and field environments.
• Demonstrated ability to assess learning effectiveness and deliver interventions to improve readiness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical training in virtual, in-person, and blended formats with hands-on sessions and demos.
• Support onboarding to build baseline product knowledge and workflow understanding.
• Conduct in-field training and coaching to reinforce classroom learning and validate skills.
• Coordinate training deployments with lead and schedule sessions, prereqs, and logistics.
• Drive learner readiness through competency-based training and practical exercises.
• Maintain learner resources in Showpad and ensure access and version control.
