Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product training, clinical education, sales enablement, sales, or a related commercial role; dental/medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical training for assigned portfolio in virtual, classroom, in-field formats.
• Support new hire onboarding for the portfolio.
• Conduct in-field training and co-travel observations to reinforce learning and validate skill application.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer and Field Training Ambassador enablement.
• Deploy and deliver portfolio sales education across formats, including integrated workflows and end-to-end use cases.
• Drive seller readiness through competency-based product training and demonstrations.
• Reinforce learning with practice, role plays, demos, and coaching.
• Partner with product, marketing, and clinical teams to stay aligned to capabilities and roadmap.
• Facilitate scenario-based practice and knowledge checks; maintain learner resources in Showpad or LMS.
