Job summary

Dentsply Sirona seeks a Product Training Manager, Endodontics, to lead product and technical training for field and virtual teams. You will deliver hands-on sessions, create impactful demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align training with launches.

Travel ~50–75% to support onboarding, field coaching, and classroom programs. You will partner with Vertical Training Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge transfer, validate outcomes, and continuously

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
3+ years of product training, clinical education, sales enablement, or a related commercial role (dental/medical device experience preferred).
Experience delivering product training in virtual, classroom, and field-based environments.
Ability to assess learning effectiveness and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Deliver product and technical training in virtual, classroom, in-field formats, including hands-on sessions and demos.
Support new hire onboarding to build baseline product knowledge and demo proficiency.
Coordinate and observe in-field coaching and field travel to reinforce learning outcomes.
Facilitate train-the-trainer and enablement programs to ensure consistent execution.
Maintain and update learner resources in Showpad or the training library.
