Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug and support test programs from NPI to high-volume manufacturing.
• Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python.
• Contribute input to next-generation design-for-test capabilities.
• Analyze device and test-flow data to guide test coverage decisions.
• Balance test time objectives with yield and quality targets.
• Collaborate with Design, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield, and Systems teams.
