The role requires a Bachelor's in EE/CE/CS and familiarity with Unix/Linux, digital logic, and CMOS operation. Collaboration across Eng, Fab and Manufacturing is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in EE, EC, CS or related discipline.
• Experience with test program development and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, debug and support test programs from NPI to high-volume manufacturing.
• Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python.
• Contribute input to next-generation design-for-test capabilities.
• Analyze device and test-flow data to guide test coverage decisions.
• Balance test time objectives with yield and quality targets.
• Collaborate with Design, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield, and Systems teams.
