Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho seeks a Senior Validation Engineer to lead early validation of DRAM products, develop system test methodologies, and craft experiments to diagnose and validate new technologies. You will build custom diagnostic tools, automate system testing, and collaborate across engineering groups to communicate data to customers.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, strong Python skills, and experience with system-level memory failure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in system-level memory validation and failure analysis.
• Strong Python scripting and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate data and results to customers.

Responsibilities

• Run and configure diagnostic software, craft experiments, analyze data, debug fails, and communicate results to customers.
• Lead product qualifications with internal and external customers.
• Develop validation strategies and system test methodologies for new/existing technologies.
• Design and implement automation for system-level testing.
• Build and develop memory diagnostic tools and data-driven validation approaches.
