Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Applications Engineer to validate DRAM technologies at the system level, crafting experiments and tools to diagnose failures. The role involves leading qualifications with customers and developing automated system tests for new memory technologies.

You will use Python for diagnostic software, analyze data, and communicate results across multi-functional teams, including engineering and RMA, across Micron's global operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with system-level memory validation and failure analysis.
• Proficient in Python for diagnostic software and tooling.
• Ability to design experiments and interpret data for validation.

Responsibilities

• Perform early validation of DRAM products with customers' latest technology.
• Run and configure diagnostic software, craft experiments, and analyze data.
• Lead product qualifications with internal and external customers.
• Develop automation and system test methodologies for new technologies.
• Debug system and memory related issues using diverse test equipment.
