Micron Technology is seeking a Core Test Development Engineer in Boise. You will develop, debug and maintain test programs for DRAM products, leveraging C++ and Python, and applying AI-enabled tools to improve problem solving, data analysis and engineering productivity.

You will collaborate across Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement and Equipment Engineering to deliver robust test solutions while optimizing yield and quality in high-volume production.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS or related field.
• Knowledge of basic R/L/C circuit concepts and CMOS transistor operation.
• Proficient in C++ or Python programming.
• Unix/Linux experience; basic statistics & data analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, debug and support test programs from NPI through high-volume manufacturing.
• Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python.
• Utilize AI and Generative AI tools to improve software development and data analysis.
• Contribute input to define next-generation design-for-test capabilities.
• Analyze device/test data to inform test coverage decisions using AI-enabled methods where appropriate.
• Balance test time objectives with yield and quality targets.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement and Equipment Engineering teams.
