Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department. You’ll help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications, providing clear, timely support and helping find solutions that meet customer and production needs.

You’ll need 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, or related discipline, and be comfortable with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. A relocation package may be available for the Warroad, MN area.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and CAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions within production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
