Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Product Support Specialist in the Technical Product Support Department. You will help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications, providing clear, timely support and helping find solutions that meet customer needs and production constraints.

You may collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D to ensure solutions fit production capabilities, while educating dealers and trade professionals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
