Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department in Warroad, MN. You will help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications, providing clear, timely support and finding solutions that meet customer needs and production requirements.

You’ll succeed if you’re detail-oriented, enjoy tackling unique questions, and like partnering with others to find the best solution. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered to join the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
